There was a lot in this one huh? It's also a really good CD so I recommend getting it. Especially get the first press version since it has the bonus remix disc which contains the terrifying SIXTEEN minute remix of Marko Polo - Money Go!. It's one of those things where you think it's over and then it just keeps on going. Of course, with a terrifyingly long remix, only calls for a terrifyingly long DJ thank you list. But if you can't stand that, there is always the Tokyo DJ All Stars Remix, which is only an acceptable five minutes long and pretty much have most of the things going on in the Super Hard Medley version, which you've probably all heard it before since most nonstops use this version of Money Go! (its the one with the Guitars added on in the background).
